Have been reading through the forums but havent found the answer to this question. How long should my iPad take to charge? I plugged it in last night at 5% and after 10 hours it was only up to 60%. Not sure if this is usual or I have a charger or battery problem. The charger was plugged into the PowerPoint not via the computer.

I'm not sure what you mean by "into the powerpoint" -- I'm going to guess you mean directly into a wall socket.

Were you using the iPad's own charger, or a borrowed iPhone one (or third-party charger)? That would *easily* explain the issue.

Haven't timed it but I can charge mine from <10% in under 6 hours to 100% using the supplied power adapter. Screen off, iPad in 'sleep'

I turn my iPad off when I recharge it. I have heard it charges it faster, but I am not sure. Make sure you are using the supplied power adapter and plug into the wall.
