i think i will be stuck with adobe cs 5 forever. there was a one time deal thing that i got it for half cost. i dont see that happening again any time soon so.

Regardless of what you paid for CS5, you should be entitled to CS6 at the regular upgrade cost (which is significantly cheaper than the full price). Unless yours is an EDU license, that's not eligible for upgrading.

Even us CS3 hangers-on are getting the upgrade price. Nice move (after loads of pushback from users).
