Video taking up 2.7 gig

I should know this, but a lot of the room on my iphone has been stolen by Video. If I turn off all syncing with movies and TV shows, there's still over 2 gig used up.

Have I accidentally created a large movie on the phone and if so, how do I get the video off the phone to free up space


Update, I have deleted all movies on the iphone, and un synced everything, TV shows, apps, movies and TV shows as well as podcasts, and there is still 0.7 gig of Video taken up

Does the video come up when you connect the phone to your iPhoto, select import and remove after import?

No, there is now nothing on the camera roll

I was hoping you might be able to access the phone via Terminal, but that doesn't seem to work. Question: Could the video be podcasts (video podcasts)?
