HELP! "All Images" file moved to suitcase

I was trying to move a selection of .jpgs from the total "All Images" system image location feature and I inadvertently moved ALL images gathered from everywhere on my computer to a suitcase. These include 2000 CS5 Photoshop software files and any images associated with other software along with my .jpgs, .pngs, ect. Everything still seems to run ok, I guess linking to this suitcase but that means nothing is where it actually belongs. Would I have to manually go through 10,000 images file, select my personal one, reinstall all my software or is there a better way? (I hope, but doubt)

Any suggestions would be welcomed. Would there a better place to post this cry for help?
