Audio Switcher on iMac

So I have a small dilhemma which seems to have a simple solution but I cant believe there is not something on the market to cater for!

iMacs have a single audio out. I have a pair of Speakers and a pair of headphones, which I use both on and off through the day, mainly speakers for music, headphones for Skype calls etc.

Now what I want is to have a sort of Audio switcher, which has a single in, double output. Kind of like this But with a switcher on it.

So I can have both headphones and speakers plugged in and not have to keep unplugging and plugging them back in again.

Anyone know anything that could achieve this?

Thanks for the tip on the Stereo Audio Switch MK2, that is exactly what I am after, now to paint it white and put an Apple sticker on it
