Vlc for Windows with Paralles Desktop

Hi,
i have win vista in my mac with Paralles Desktop.
I have installed Vlc Player new version 1.1.11 for Win from DOWNLOAD VLC

How can I stream radio with VLC?
I looked for some guidance and I found one in VLC but I can not make radio streaming Windows account.
But with VLC for Mac works very well.

I'm not sure you can stream video with VLC running it from within Parallels. Natural Windows, yes. But since Parallels provides all the drivers while the virtual machine is active it may not work.
