There is this one specific xcel file that that I have which does not show the bottom scroll bar and the additional sheets at the bottom.
In addition I can insert figures and move between cells, I can see the right vertical scroll bar, but cannot move and drag the entire spread sheet, for example move it to one side so that I can see another underlying application.
However, when I open a new page all settings are back to normal.
