I am trying to use a Trendnet usb ethernet adapter and I am have some problems. I was told that you could simply plug in the device and it would automatically install the drives but that did not happen, I got a restart message. I then went to the Trendnet website to look for a drive and I could not find one.

I have a MacBook Air running OS X 10.7.2 and the only drivers I can find for the product are 10.5. Does anyone know if this adapter can be used with 10.7?

I just searched their website and it appears there are no Lion drivers available for that adapter. Did you try to use the driver for Leopard (10.5) to see if it would still work?

If the 10.5 driver doesn't work, return the adapter to where you purchased it from and buy one that's compatible with Lion (10.7).
