I was wondering if there is a way that I can plug in the pink cord that is on the mics into a mac mini so i can talk or do i have to buy a new mic.

Griffin has an adapter that goes from the regular mic jack to USB. It has good reviews never used it though. There is a new one coming soon same price, same company dont see much of a difference.
