putting windows on mac

I have a mac and I want to put windows 7 on it but I was wondering that instead of buying a windows 7 CD, can I just take it off my PC somehow and put it on to my mac?

That's not only a violation of the Microsoft EULA, it also likely will not work. The requirement is for a full install version of Windows 7, either MS boxed or an OEM System Builder's version. Now, if your PC has an MS boxed full version of Windows 7 installed, you can remove it from the PC and install it on your Mac. It would require re-activation though.
