can't get either AirTunes OR printer to work. Help?

Your Mac's Specs
Black Colorware PowerBook 1.67 GHz G4, 2 GB DDR2, 100GB 7200 RPM
The title basically says it all. I've tried everything. I followed the EXACT directions of both Apple's support pages, and the Airport booklet. iTunes will not give me the 'remote speakers' window, and the printer will NOT print the jobs.

edit: Should multicast rate affect this at all?
