First let's recap the rules that we started out with in August:

Each member can post one photo in this thread each month.
The photo needs to be taken in the month covered in the thread title.
The photo cannot be larger than 800x600.
Please include the camera you took the picture with and the date of the picture in the description.
This thread is about sharing your photo not discussing technique, opinions of what is art, or to make disparaging comments on someone's picture. If you would like to discuss those things, please start a new thread.

I had to change my picture because I thought this one was better. It was taken on the 25th with a Sony W7.

Can't upload for some reason so here's a link: picture of friends in B&W (http://www.dstopsky.com/2005/November/November%2025%202005/pages/DSC00350.htm)

Reduced from original size too 800px wide - shame it takes out some of the details... anyway

Sony Cybershot P51 2.1MP (still practicing, next year I hope to get a DSLR, the Nikon D70s...)

If this is unavailable then it is because where it is hosted, my PowerBook is off/offline. Sorry tried uploading the thumbnail but it wouldn't have none of it...

I took this photo at 3rd lair skatepark in Minnesota on the 27th, its pro skater Ray Barbee doing a kickflip tailslide. I took this picture by accident when I hit the phot button on my digital video camera rather than the record button. I Like how it got the flash from the real photographers set up.

if the picture is being hosted on a website you can use this:

http://url

but take out the spaces.

there is also a manage attachments button when you click on edit, go advanced, reply, or post reply

This shot was taken just before Valentines day last year.
It was #4 of 12 in a series I did called "A dozen Roses" for my GF at the time.
It was shot with a Leaf Volare digital back mounted on a Sinar P2.

Seamus, great photo. I just wanted to point out though that with this thread we're only posting photos shot within the month. It's just a way to showcase 1 month of the year only.

Just curious if a December photo of the month thread will be started soon, seeing as how it is almost mid-December already?

Also, I was thinking wouldn't it be cool to have a poll at the end of each month to vote on the favourite picture? Nothing fancy like the MotM, just a small one-day poll the last day of each month.

Has anyone realised that the pic he/she just posted is in one of the Mac backgrounds??? Check it out, they did not take it!

I can see how you might think that... But if you look at the two pics side by side you can see they are different. You might want to look a little more closely before accusing somebody of plagiarism next time... :black:
