Hey all I am on a new Macbook Pro with the older version of garage band (Not the Lifestyle 11 package version). I recently purchased an Avid Vocals microphone to use with Garage Band. The program is recognizing the mic & allowing me to select it for audio. When I talk into the mic, it is registering. When I record, it is showing that sound was recorded...just like with the standard mic on my computer. However, when I play the recording back, there is NO sound. When I play back my recordings using the standard mic, they play just fine. Am I missing something?
