After installing Parallels, I installed windows 7 but I think I used the wrong disc. I used the 34bit version instead of the 64bit version. My iMac is brand new so I guess it should be able to run the 64bit version.

Does anyone know if and how I can uninstall the 34bit version and reinstall the 64bit version?

Any help is much appreciated!

There are few practical purposes for running a 64-bit virtual machine, particularly if you're not going to allocate it more than 4GB of RAM. Just leave it be.

Many thanks. This is the kind of answer I was looking for. I will leave as it is.
