new headset has high-pitched, terrible sound quality when listening to YM voice calls, yet the calls have good sound quality through the laptop built-in speakers. Would lead me to believe the headset is bad, however, iTunes sounds great through the headset.
Dynex headset people are blaming YM, said to talk to their tech support, and YM said to talk to the headset people... does anyone have experience with this issue?
