I just got a 300GB seagate FW/USB external drive.
I want the Mac's iTunes folder to be on the drive but I want also to share it with the PC. Actually I would like to download songs to the drive using the PC software.

What is the best way to go about this. I think that if I format the drive in FAT32 both systems will be able to read and write to it but if I format it in mac format I think I will have to network and create a shared drive. Will the PC be able to write on it???

Any suggestions are welcome!

Thanks
