need some help please about malware

hi. first time here. hope somebody may be able to give advice. i accidentally downloaded ilividsetupv1.exe on my macbook
can someone tell me if this is dangerous for my computer and if so, are there any ways to get rid of it easily?

.exe will not run in OS X. It is a windows only executable. Drag it to the trash and then empty the trash.
