Internet streaming for iMac...specifically NFL games

Any advice or suggestions on reputable streaming websites for NFL games (free or paid, if they are worth it)?

Searching the web only turns up millions of options, and want to make sure I am going with something worth my time and/or money and that is a legitimate service and not something out there looking to rip people off.

Any suggestions or previous experience would be greatly appreciated...
