Dial up PPPoE connection

I have set up a broad-band connection using PPPoE.
The internet connection at my place is unstable, so it gets disconnected every now and then. In my windows machine, there is a redial option when disconnected. I dont see this in mac.
Does Mac have this option too?
How do I enable it?

The pic below is in Network/PPPoE. Click Advanced then the PPP Tab. If you check Connect Automatically When Needed it should do what you are after.
