I wonder if I can use my Macbook as a router to share Internet connections with my iPhone. I know it can if my Macbook is connected the a Ethernet, but now my Macbook is already connected to an Airport. Are there ways to make it work?

Really appreciate any help! Thanks!

If your Mac is already on a wireless connection then no you can't do what you desire. The Mac needs to be on an Ethernet connection and share the wireless connection with your phone. However, if there is wireless where you are your iPhone should be able to connect to the same network.
