I hope this the right area of the forum for this question!
I am part of a group on microsoft messenger (v8.1) and although messenger boots up and logs on ok i cannot see the other members of the group?
Its not a case of them not showing up as online, they just are not in my list?
I am definately part of the group as i can see it in hotmail. It is a hotmail.co.uk account by the way.
Also within hotmail messenger on the web i can log in but not see them too.
I have tried to reinstall messenger but it still seems to find my login details
any ideas please...
