I'm currently using a Korg D3000 for my recording but am moving on to using a Mac, mainly for the larger interface and better software. I'm just looking for some advice on what hardware i would need to record a guitar, electric drums and bass straight in to software such as Logic Pro. I have all the obvious junk, Guitars, drums and the like but nothing in the ways of midi or usb..

Thanks, JamesHGC :)

USB Audio Interface such as an MBox (one of the higher end models for more inputs) or Focusrite sapphire Pro or similar.

MBox comes with Pro Tools 9 (industry standard DAW, most if not all studios use predominantly).

Logic is not bundled with any interfaces.
