Hi all,
My imac (2010 model) used to be connected via LAN cable to my ADSL modem. Everything worked fine. Recently I moved it to another room in the house and switched it to wifi. Signal strength is full.
What happens now is that the imac network connection has become very limited. If I am downloading a podcast or app in itunes, then I can't open any webpages in safari or firefox. Similarly, if safari is loading a webpage, I can't access itunes store and vice versa. If I try to open multiple webpages simultaneously on a few tabs, they will all fail to load.
What could the cause of this? Is there a setting I need to change in my wireless modem?
