When I bought my new MBP I also picked up a Magic Mouse to go with it. Unfortunately I didn't get on with it at all and looked at alternatives, a Logitech V470 was the favourite but in the end I bought a Belkin Lounge Bluetooth mouse for £10! (eBay... £13 delivered on Amazon)
Set up it now, straight forward and finding it much more comfortable and natural to use. Anyone else in the same boat may wish to consider it.
