Airport Express Difficulties

These difficulties have begun relatively recently.

I'm running an older Airport Express as a base station and a newer one as an expander. The older base station seams to go "orange" approximately once a day. I'm using a MacBook Pro with the latest version of Mac OS X.

How can I determine whether it's the MacBook Pro, the Airport, or the ISP that's causing these difficulties?

It seems your Airport Express is rebooting for some reason. This wouldn't have anything to do with your MacBook or your ISP. Can you not flip their roles, and use the newer one as the base station instead?
