Hello,
I access an on-line application, while working in the app on IE or Safari (9.2 OS) the screen locks up when I click an enter button and the screen is refreshing. I have to open a new window and click the home button to release the refresh on the other window. Any idea's why this is happening? Or how I can fix it?
