No Midi Devices Tab...PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hi, hopefully someone can help me.

I'm trying to access my Midi Devices through "Audio Midi Setup", but I have no Midi Devices tab to do so with. Please, someone help!!! I'm trying to record an album!!!!
