Each member can post one photograph in this thread each month.
The photo can be as large as you like, our image resizing plugin will make the adjustment accordingly.
Not only will posting inappropriate pictures get them deleted, it will also get you banned. This includes anything semi-lewd. This is a family forum if it's not PG then don't post it.

This is a 1939 M1 Garand rifle I build and shot last year. The stock was raw American Walnut from Macon, Georgia which I fitted and applied a hand rubbed tung oil finish. This is one of approximately six million manufactured for the U.S. Military.

Beautiful. Almost looks like a tourism photo or a postcard. Very nice! :)

I had no idea how loud these cars are! But it was great to watch them live.

Cool photos guys.

This was taken some time ago whilst passing by Buckingham Palace. It was a very nice Sunday afternoon so I decided to bring my camera and take some random shots.

If you ever make it east, I can. I'm in the next state over, albeit at the complete opposite end.

What HDR software did you use - Photomatix or Topaz? Slight over-cooking works well with "Buck House" Very nice image.

Here's my contribution this month: "Summertime Blues" is a Blue *** under the tree canopy on a beautiful sunny day at local nature reserve in UK.

Thanks for looking. ;D

edit: It would appear that the part of the species name that begins with T-and ends with t (T--) is considered a naughty word here. It is shown as ***. :Lips-Are-Sealed: It is Parus caeruleus ;D

Ooh mommy, look over there! It's a wild log in the jungle

That is what I'm thinking about the photo. Nothing wrong with the photo, nice depth, but maybe its just nothing special? The tones are also dark which doesn't really bring the photo alive. Its a tree log, with some grass.
