I am going to develop a new website for my company. Can anyone suggest me how would I decide which browser my company's web design should support?

I would check your site in Firefox, Safari, Opera and IE. If it works right with those 4, it should be fine with anything.

Should support the most popular browsers. Which dtravis7 was kind enough to list for you. Otherwise you aren't reaching enough people.

No one can tell you for sure, ultimately you have to decide not only which browsers but also which versions of those browsers you'll support.

For example my company sets a rule that says when a browser or version goes above 3% of the traffic they build support. When it goes below 3%, they no longer support it.
