Time Capsule

Hi!

I am interested in a Time Capsule! The manual told me, that I am able to make a backup via WLAN! It told me also that I can backup my mac and my windows computer!

On my mac it is easy to backup the maschine. The only click which I have to do is on the top right, and to click to backup now! It is easy

But on my windows computer, there is no link to backup! How does it work???
Please help me

Ah sorry, i forgot!

It is Windows XP Service Pack 3!
Is there any program availible or is it like a folder where to put into the files?
