Why would you want to ???

It can be done via a VM (Virtual Machine)

Have a look at Parallels and VM Fusion for paid Apps or Virtual Box.

Give us a bit more info than "Can you do it"??

What os do you want? What Mac do you have? What OS does it currently run?
The more information you give us the better off we are at answering your query.
