Question...i need answer??

Hi every one...im very clever in learning things i want to develop iphone apps..and i need help..

i have 2 Q:-

1-what's the best pdf book for free or buying that learn me Objectiv-c and Xcoder from zero to professional...??
2-how much of time need to learn Objective-c and Xcode from zero..???
