It's really interesting and funny. However in a serious perspective, im pretty sure that they do actively monitor social networks. The only fallacy i see in case they are doing so is that probably terrorists might not have much of a social life...:) since they are busy bombing people...or making plans of which places to bomb and how ( satirically speaking of course)
