You have to upload your picture. When you go to make a post, you should see a section labeled "Manage Attachments". You can click on that and upload your pic from there.

In Finder, go to View>Show View Options and check where it says "Show item info"

The app with the butterfly is Adobe InDesign CS2, it's page layout software used in design.

I was drinking a glas of milk with lunch and as I was finishing it I thought of how cool this cup would look if I only took a picture of it and worked some photoshop magic on it. This is it ;)
