HI Guy's
This is my problem which has appeared over the last few weeks.

Everytime i wake up my IMac i get an IP Conflict warning stating that the IP address is in use on another device. This is becoming more frequent and is now causing very poor connection performance on most of my devices at home. After Don's excellent screencast about ARD the other week i chose to purchase ARD to see how big the problem was... Wow! 17 devices on my network! Now i understand...

Start adding them and they soon mount up!!!
IMAC
MacBook
Apple TV @ X3
Home PC
Work Laptops x2 (windows 7 WiFI)
2 x Iphones
Childrens PC
XBox
Airport Extreme.

How do i resolve? Is there any software i can get? Can i control through ARD? How will that work with the non apple OS products....

Helppppppppp

Cheers
Daz

I have like 13 devices here. What I did was go into the router and set permanent IP addresses for my devices that are on all the time (or most of the time). Not sure how you do this on an AE though.
