I was half asleep when I ordered my iPad this morning (4:06am the order went in) and I forgot to select 2 day shipping ($12). I just called Apple Customer Support (got through in 20 min) and asked them if I could add the 2 day, and they added it for no additional charge! I told her I didn't mind paying since I forgot and she said "no, there won't be a charge". I though that was pretty cool!
