I am looking for ways to clean up my Harddrive. I know that I've been ripping and downloading a lot of music recently but I noticed something outrageous, I have 8 more GB in my iTunes library then should be there. Why? I checked it thoroughly for Podcasts and all songs that aren't actually in the library and when added up the actual amount it still should be is 13.20GB MAXIMUM. Can someone help me with this problem or explain why I'm being an idiot?

It's very possible that you removed files from your iTunes library without actually deleting them. You may also want to check for any TV shows or movies in your library - those will take up significant space.
