i cant turn off my macbook pro :( help me pls

Hi everybody My problems its i cant turn off my macbook pro because when i extracking program Virtual DJ (im using win MAC not WINDOWS) it stoping and lagging, then i try reset but it does work, i try to let him out of battery but when im turn on its lag not dissapear so some one help me pls, thanks you ^^

Try pushing the off-button for eight seconds.

Try to force close the extractor program by pressing "cmd"+"alt"+"esc"
