I've emptied the Cache, the history, temp files (from everywhere in the computer) and cleaned out cookies

I want to know how to get safari to stop auto inserting the addresses in the address bar of places I've been, and how to get any search engines that I've been to to stop auto inserting while I type the searches I've performed.

If you want to erase your typed URLs and search entries, go to Safari>Preferences>Auto Fill like trpnmonkey41 said.
Once you are there, you will see a button that says "Edit" next to 'Other Forms'.
If you click on it, you will have an option to 'Remove All'. This will clear out any typed URLs or searches.
