Recording a CD mix

Does anyone know how to record a CD mix on to a MacAir?

I have pioneer 2x CDj 800 and a numark 3 channel mixer and would like to record a demo on to my MAC.

What is the process and s/w and hardware will I need?

You will need an audio interface and an audio recorder application/program (Audacity is great and FREE!) torecord your mixes and track them down.

I use M-Audio's Firewire Audiophile to DJ with my 3 Technics 1200's + mixer with NI Traktor Pro or Ableton Live.



If i had to do it all over again, I should have gotten the M-Audio Firewire 410
