Need Help with HTML Nesletter and Emailing it

I had someone create an HTML Newsletter for me and I not able to embed it in my Mac Mail for sending. Does anyone know how I can send this baby out whether it be with Mac Mail, Gmail, or whatever. I just need help quick!
