How do I make a non-system drive accessible to Windows computers?

So I turned Apple File sharing and Windows file sharing on in OS 10.2, but from a Windows machine all I can view is the user folder. What I need to access is one of the internal hard drives that contains media but not the OS. Is there another setting to make drives like this accessible to Windows users on the network?

Just FYI, all the contents of the machine are accessible from another Mac on the network.

Go to VersionTracker.com and download SharePoints. This allows you to create "shares" on folders/drives that you can access from a Windows machine. I had the same problem and this worked beautifully, and it's freeware.
