Podcast refresh not working

Suddenly none of my podcasts are being updated and refreshing doesn't work either. What could be the cause and how do I rectify the problem?

Usually, this means the RSS feed has changed in some manner. I'd start the search there.

As usual you're the first to answer. I also note that it's 3:40am for you. Anywa here ges:

I'm not familiar with how RSS feeds work and am talking to Apple Care as I write. What do I need to do to check the RSS feed?

Problem solved. It was a firewall issue. On the advice of the Applecare adviser I have disabled the Firewall, which she says is unnecessary.
