Hi
My current 19" LCD display is wall mounted by this 100x100mm VESA mount but when i receive the Apple 24" LED cinema display (on order), this will replace my existing panel on my wall using my existing VESA mount. I understand i will have to buy this VESA adaptor from Apple.
Now looking at the user manual for the Apple adaptor it seems to add 1-2cm to the panel depth as it sticks out...just wondering could i bypass using my own VESA mount and fix the Apple's adaptor directly to the wall using 4 custom screws and then somehow attach the monitor? Obviously i want the panel as close as possible to the wall.
