I took my iBook into the Apple store (Regent Street, London) to get them to look at a wonky '7' key. I thought they would do some checks and hassle me about a bit, but within 5 mins i was walking out the door with a new keyboard installed.
Great service, it makes me think Applecare might actually be worth it.
If only every other company would give the same level of customer care, my internet might actually work properly then (Grr, NTL suck)
Anyway, i'm off to type as many 7's as i can. Long live the Apple Store :dive:
