How do I establish a wireless printer on my iMac? The printer is an HPC4580. Do I plug it in to my router? Where is the network name? I have an airport as well as the router provided by my isp.:Grimmace:

If your router supports USB devices like printers then plug it into your router, then add a printer on your imac via system preferences, just make sure you click "Networked Printer"

Do you still have your user guide that came with your printer?
You can set it up wirelessly without a router following instructions on page 6 of this user guide pdf.

If you can't get that to work, it is also possible to do as Buzzard2010 suggests as long as your router has an available USB port in the back.
