iPhone 3G jumper 3

I replaced the battery on a broken iPhone given to me by a friend. In the process, I damaged the number 3 jumper and the camera does not work (when I pull up the camera app, the shutter is closed). What do I need to do to fix this. Everything on the phone works great but the camera.
