Hi There

I'm struggling to set up the following network;

MBP/i7PC both connected via ethernet via router.

MBP sees PC but connection denied.

PC doesn't see MBP but does see NAS/Printer/Router and any other PC that happens to be on the network.

MBP also sees NAS/Printer/Router and any other PC on the network.

Would appreciate any help or advice.

What version of Windows?

Do you have a login with the same name/password on both machines? (this seems to help)

Do you have Bonjour installed on the PC?

Do you have anything shared on the Mac?

If the above is not true. Do you have anything shared on the Mac to everyone? - i.e. System preferences -> sharing -> file sharing -> shared folders (some folder); users everyone -> read or read/write access?
