So I'm about the order the M-Audio Radium 49 USB midi controller to use for recording and playing keyboard. I actually can only play a few things on keyboard, but I heard someone playing one of these and I thought it sounded awesome through his Ibook.

Just wondering if anyone had any input before I place the order.

Here is a link to the product info.

600 is alittle much for me, just because I don't know how much I will be playing it. I mean, I plan on learning piano and this is a first step to doing it, since the keyboard I have is a old toy one with broken keys.

So I'll check the cheaper one out, and the Radium. I'll also check out albetron live, I know a friend who uses that.
