from 10.4.11 to snow leopard

hi everyone
greetings from the North East of England

my problem is, or rather my daughters problem is, she cant update itunes any more, apparently she needs to update the software. she has clicked on "update software" bit its up to date,hmm.
these are her system details . Macbook
intel core 2 duo
processor 2.16ghz
memory 1gb
bus speed 667mhz
boot version mb210.00a5
smc version 1.17fo
version 10.4.11
what is our next step ?

step one, go to an Apple store or even PC world and buy a Snow Leopard disk, its only 25 quid.

That price is only if you have Leopard (10.5) installed, otherwise you have to buy the combo pack which is 139 pounds. But you get iLife '09 and iWork '09 too. Your mac should be able to handle it fine. I would recommend upgrading to 2gb of RAM though, it is actually quite inexpensive.
